A native of Borås and raised in Malmö, DJ and producer Benny G, started DJing alongside uncle, Balle Anassi in the late 00s in their hometown, before moving to Shit Music For Shit People’s Off Limits production studio in the mid-2010s, creating music for various acts, including Snake.
In 2016, Benny G, under the name Snake, released his first hit called ”Bird People”, with vocals by Paradise Birds.
Moving from etno and tribal to house, ”Telephone & Saxophone” took Benny’s success to sound systems in Göteborg a year later, with high-profile DJs offering praises and much love.
